The most expected selection cider of the season is the Trabanco with the mother. It s a unique product, cider in pure state, no secrets, no racking, like it was done in its origins in the cider cellars. A limited cider production which consists in not transferring the product, blending cider from different barrels. A return to the origins, to the authentic cider traditions which used to mark the beginning of the new cider, the season of the new harvest. Its
white label distinguishes it.
This cider is ideal to consume with fish, seafood, rice and innumerable other dishes. You will only find it in cider restaurants which take care of the product, which maintain the appropriate temperature and where they pour it from up high with the necessary tenderness and care in order to clear up plainly its qualities.
