It´s a cider vinegar elaborated from ecologic cider obtained from sweet-bitter apples and without adding sulfites for its conservation.
The light acidity of this vinegar makes it combine perfectly with any type of salads, marinated products, meat and fish, as well as giving a fresh touch to the sauces.
The ecologic certification of this vinegar, guarantees that the cultivation of the apples used for its elaboration has been practiced without using chemical synthetic products nor genetically modified organisms (OGMs). Besides, it´s a cultivation that is more respectful with the environment.
