Selected Natural Cider, Poma Áurea and Ávalon can now be enjoyed in Nacho Manzano´s Iberian Restaurants in the United Kingdom. This selection of Trabanco products joins the celebration of the tenth anniversary of the British catering group. An alliance that is launched in the Pop Up of Casa Marcial, until March 3, as Nacho Manzano brings to London a tasting menu of 12 dishes with exclusive pairing with Asturian cider in the restaurants Iberica Canary Wharf and Victoria. And that after the anniversary celebrations will be maintained with the presence of Avalon in the British capital.
Iberica´s headquarters in Victoria will be transformed into a traditional Asturian cider maker where the liquid gold of the Principality will be the real protagonist. The establishment will be decorated for the occasion with Asturian flags, barrels, bottles and traditional tools, among which there will be pourers and winches.

Selected Natural Cider with Denomination of Origin Asturias Cider. Trabanco is synonymous with tradition, know-how and quality in the world of cider. Selected natural cider is the result of the selection of the best varieties of 100% Asturian apple. From the natural apple must that ferments with natural yeasts the best cider is obtained rested in traditional chestnut wood barrels.
Poma Áurea, Trabanco´s first brut nature. A fresh drink, with a fine bubble and good acidity. Made with two traditional varieties of Asturian apples: Regona and Raxao. For its qualities harmonizes perfectly with rice, stews and seafood dishes but can also be the best company of turkey, capon or lamb. Not having added sugar allows light and pleasant digestions, and is a great company from the aperitif or start of the meal to dessert.
Avalon, a bottled cider developed by Grupo Trabanco that is consumed in a similar way to beer. It is a natural cider, made from apples specially selected for this refreshing cider. Bitter, sour and sweet apples harvested and selected by Trabanco. A young, fruity cider with a low alcohol content, ideal for drinking in moments of leisure. The general trend of cider consumption at an international level is shifting to this consumption format. Avalon is one of Trabanco´s most international ciders.
The cider will be very present during the month of March in the eight establishments set up under the Iberica seal that have the good work of the Asturian chef in the United Kingdom. Five of the restaurants are in London and the rest are in Manchester, Leeds and Glasgow. The celebration of Asturias Month will be the ideal occasion to enjoy the best Asturian cuisine irrigated with the best cider.
