Alma de Trabanco is the first white vermouth elaborated with natural cider in branch (without filtering). Alma de Trabanco is born from memory. Of the experiences that Emilio Trabanco, llagarero and founder of Sidra Trabanco, shared with his nephew Juacu after his many trips. On one occasion Juacu returned to Lavandera with a drink already in fashion at that time. Emilio, who did not finish enjoying the taste of that drink, it occurred to him one day between jokes to add a little cider to the glass of vermouth. With the next drink, the vermouth became a more aromatic and softer drink, easier and "prestose" to drink. This mixture became a tradition of those rees around the table and that today Sidra Trabanco recovers to share with lovers of vermouth.
Alma keeps all the essence of a good vermouth, but with the freshness and slight acidity that has the cider ed by the family to make this unique product, artisan, unfiltered, and that respects even the color of the cider.
For Asturians and visitors to discover this new vermouth, during the next weekend (14, 15 and 16 September) very special vermouth sessions will be offered at Casa Trabanco, where music will share the limelight with Alma. All the clients of the cider maker will be able to taste this new drink for free. While a DJ will brighten up the aperitif in the Terrace of Casa Trabanco from 12 to 15 hours and from 19 to 22 hours.
